Billy’s career has included business entrepreneur, pastor, teacher, and motivational speaker.  Billy’s seminary education includes both an MA and PhD.  Billy encourages and motivates people to discover their passions, engage their gifts and live out their purpose. 

Billy has been married to his beautiful wife, Dawn, for 40 years and has three grown children and six grandchildren.  Billy and Dawn live in the Graystone Community of Conroe Texas. 


Montgomery County Podcast

Billy is co-owner of Montgomery County Podcast, a community channel that provides public and political programming throughout the Montgomery County area.


Debate Forum

Billy recently sponsored and hosted the largest debate forum in the area with ten declared Congressional District-8 candidates present. Billy's fairness and objectivity are admired traits throughout the spectrum of thought of the Republican Party in Montgomery County.

Community Outreach

Billy has received two Special Congressional Recognition certificates for his disaster relief work in multiple counties.

Billy launched IConnect Outreach in 2008 to advocated for those in the community who ask for help. 

Since inception, IConnect has provided over 750,000 hrs. of service and coordinated over 14,000 volunteers.  The organization with Billy's lead, has assisted in repairing 8 churches, 5 schools, 3 community parks, and over 500 homes as well as built 23 new homes.

    Billy completed a 4-year tour in the US Marine Corp and then entered the Oil and Gas industry by working in the technology arena
